150ml Hennesy Fine de Cognac
50ml Saffron & Vanilla Gomme
3 Branches Red Currents
300ml Cheshire Apple Juice
5 drops Grapefruit Bitters
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Muddle the solid grapes to extract all the rich juices
Shake vigorously over cracked ice.
Fine strain into a large sharing dish and serve from there.
