What is a Mystery Customer Service Report?

Mystery Customer is the appraisal of Staff performance in Customer Service during a service experience. A Cocktail and Spirit Initiative representative enters your establishment as a customer, recording all aspects of the customer experience on a customer service audit form designed to match the service standards of your venue. The data is then typed and either emailed or posted to you or who ever looks after Quality Control Programs for your venue.

Friendliness of your staff
Product knowledge of staff
Cleanliness of work area’s
Cleanliness of guest area’s
Are orders taken correctly
Are order delivered correctly
Time taken to be greeted
Is the guest bill correct
Time taken for reorder to be taken
